1. 3. The main functions of the inductive resonance device are:
(1) Direct reading function of reactor core gap:
This device is equipped with a gap observation hole on the reactor, which can directly read the gap of the iron core to guide the operation. In addition, a gap limit switch and instructions are installed.
(2) Withstand voltage time to automatic pressure reduction function:
The withstand voltage timer adopts a digital display timer. And when the withstand voltage time is reached, the system will automatically reduce the pressure
(3) Zero-position closing, zero-up boost function:
It has a zero position limit function. If the voltage regulator is not in the zero position, the high-voltage output button cannot be closed to ensure that the system is boosting from zero.
(4) Overcurrent protection function:
The system is equipped with an electromagnetic over-current relay. This relay has strong anti-interference ability and quick action to prevent the test product from being damaged by over-current.
(5) Overvoltage and test product flashover protection function:
The device is equipped with an electronic overvoltage flashover protection board to prevent the test product from being damaged by overvoltage and flashover, and the action is rapid.
(6) Real-time monitoring function of each test data:
The voltage and current on the high-voltage side and the voltage and current on the low-voltage side can be monitored, and the test situation can be more intuitively understood.
