I. Products Description and Application
Transformer Load Loss and No-Load Loss Tester is designed to measure the transformer’s load loss, no-load loss, power, effective voltage, effective current, impedance voltage, power factor, harmonic and frequency values. It is made up with high-precision passive transformer, multiple regulated power supply, high-precision A/D sampling, high-speed data processing, liquid crystal displays, micro printer and so on; Fast data process, high measurement accuracy , all-English display interface, easy operation, clear display , direct print of the measurement data by panel printer; It is equipped with a RS232 communication interface, and you can operate, control measures, input and output parameters by a computer. The computer software is fully functional, the interface is friendly, and all the measurement data can be analyzed, saved and printed as you need.
II. Features
1. It can accurately measure the capacity of various distribution transformers, which is convenient and accurate.
2. It can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of the transformer.
3.The instrument automatically switches the range inside, allowing a wide measurement range of voltage and current, and simple wiring.
4.When doing the no-load and load test of the three-phase transformer, the instrument can automatically judge whether the wiring is correct, and display the vector diagram of the three-phase voltage and current.
5.A single machine can complete the load test measurement of distribution transformers below 1000KVA under full current; it can complete the load test measurement of distribution transformers below 3150KVA under one-third of the rated current (under one-third of the rated current The instrument can be converted to the load loss parameter under the rated current).
6.All test results are automatically corrected. The instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as: waveform correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to make the test results more accurate.
