Transformer no-load characteristic test, Full-automatic Transformer Integrated Test Bench, Power Transformer Comprehensive Test Systems
I. Products Description and Application
Before and after the manufacture or maintenance of the power transformer, necessary routine quality inspection and test items are required.
Power Transformer Comprehensive Test Systems are designed and used for the above test purpose. According to the different test items requirements of the customer's order, it adopts a comprehensive and modular software with PLC computer and intergrate the additional current meter ,voltage meter and power meter to be one-body type test bench ,greatly improved test efficiency, applicability and test accuracy. It can automaticly form and save test report , and print the report by outside printer.
The test systems can finish the test items including as following :
1.1 Main test items inside the system
- Transformer load characteristic test;
- Power frequency AC voltage withstand test;
- three doubleing frequency induced withstand voltage test;
- Transformer harmonic test;
- Transformer DC resistance test;
- Transformer ratio, group, error test;
- Transformer temperature rise tests.
1.2 Assisted test items outside the system
- Transformer insulation resistance, absorption ratio, polarization index test;
- Transformer insulating oil analysis system;
- Transformer dielectric loss test;
- Partial discharge tests;
- Environmental temperature and humidity testing.
1.3 Customization ability to test power transformer
- Capacity : 360000kVA and below
- Voltage level : 500kV,330kV,220kV,110kV, 35kV/10kV, single, three-phase power transformers
- Unversal test accuracy and range as following table
II. Test system includes three main parts
Transformer integrated test system monitoring stations(or names Monitoring and sampling cabinet);
Transformer integrated test system controlling cabinet (or names Auxiliary control cabinet);
Transformer integrated test system operating platform(or names Test bench);
III. Universal Structure and function features
- The system adopts computer auto operation and retains the manual operation function, it can use the mouse or touch screen to complete the test, the test data can be automatically uploaded to the test report after finish testing, you can automatically call out the original test data through just entering the data number .
- Automatically select the high and low voltage current and voltage gear after input transformer basic parameters (capacity, high and low voltage side) by the keyboard;
- Automatic switching gear (no NEED manual button), and automatic switching;
- Automatic lifting regulator, and automatic speed control, to the rated current or voltage automatically stops;
- Automatic abnormal current, voltage protection, and alarm instructions;
- Automatic data acquisition, and automatically save the data, automatically restore the initial state machine;
- Automatic printing factory test report.
- All monitoring parameters and vector diagram are displayed on the same screen according to international standards
- Adopt high accuracy power analyzer to ensure measuring accuracy. The power analyzer is developed by our company and has been successfully developed by ourselves and worked in the Chinese national transformer quality inspection center for two years.
- The System has software ,hardware,system interlocking and other multiple protection, adopts split-body design, separate design on the control circuit part of primary and secondary ;
- Voltage regulator adopts variable-frequency technology to realize arbitrarily adjust on the motor speed ,Greatly improving the work efficiency and test data accuracy.
- The system can preform 31 times harmonic analysis test. .
VI.Application of Model HTBT-III-250KVA (for example)
4.1.The system is applied for the power transformer test , tested transformer spec. is as following :
- Tested capacity :2500KVA and below
- HV side rated voltage: 35KV,22KV
- LV side rated voltage: 0.4~6KV
- The max impedance level : no more than 8%
